Oct. 8 - A large funeral is held in Bahrain for slain teenage protester. Deborah Lutterbeck reports.
Amatuer video out of Bahrain shows a funeral service for a teenager who died from shotgun pellets after clashes with police. The government said it was investigating the incident would make the results public. The funeral for Ahmed Jaber comes at a time that the island's Shi'ite majority are demanding more political rights and an end to what they say is discrimination in the Sunni-ruled country. The Bahrain Center for Human Rights says about 30 people, mostly Shi'ites, died when the protest movement erupted in February. They now say ongoing clashes have pushed that number to more than 40 Deborah Lutterbeck, Reuters
