PLEASE NOTE: THIS EDIT CONTAINS CONVERTED 4:3 MATERIAL The wife of a former Chinese politician has been indicted on murder charges. China's state run news broke the story late Thursday, the newscaster saying plainly that the facts of the crime are clear, the evidence irrefutable. Gu Kailai, wife of Bo Xilai will be prosecuted for intentional homicide for her role in the death of British businessman Neil Heywood. Heywood was poisoned after what state media are calling a financial dispute with Gu. Her trial is expected to take place early next month.
