Tens of thousands had turned out to watch the race on Monday (April 15) when two blasts hit near the finish line. At least three people were killed and over 100 injured. Many victims suffered shrapnel wounds and amputations. SOUNDBITE: (English) NAME UNIDENTIFIED, WITNESS, SAYING: "There were families all around us with kids yelling and screaming, I mean we were just trying to get away as quick as possible but still I mean around the tall buildings was scary." As investigators try to determine what happened, President Barack Obama has vowed to hunt down whoever is responsible.
