A symbolic rebel victory in the coastal province of Latakia that has been a stronghold for President Bashar al-Assad. The video, which can not be independently verified by Reuters, comes as rebels continue their advance in the north. The fight goes on as rights groups say 14 government fighters and six rebels were killed in fighting in the area.
