Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton delivers remarks on education at Kirkwood Community College in Monticello, Iowa, says there's a need to ''flesh out the bad actors'' and ''lift up the good actors, like Kirkwood.'' Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Former U.S. Secretary of State and 2016 White House presidential candidate Hillary Clinton visited Kirkwood Community College in Monticello, Iowa, in what was one of her first public appearances in the key caucus state on Tuesday. "We need an opportunity system literally from birth through life-long adult learning. And we should be embracing that and coming up with the best ways to create the kind of partnerships that you have here in more places, and kind of flesh out the bad actors who are taking advantage of students and probably not providing much in return, and really lift up the good actors, like Kirkwood," Clinton said.
