(OPENS WITH NAT SOUND OF MORSE CODE) This sign is aimed at warding off supposedly homophobic Russians. It broadcasts the Morse code message, "This way if you are gay." It was placed in the Baltic Sea where the Swedish military believes a Russian submarine ventured into the country's waters last autumn. Anna Ek is the president of the the Swedish Peace and Arbitration Society. "...we want to raise the broader issue of militarization, the idea of solving conflicts through violence." In recent years, Russia has grown increasing hostile toward gays, and activists say the sailor should be enough to protect Sweden from any homophobic intruders.
