ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: U.S. President Barack Obama laid a wreath on Saturday (July 25) at a memorial to the victims of the 1998 bombing of the U.S. Embassy by Islamist militants. The site of the attack in central Nairobi is now a memorial park. The new mission is further from the center. Obama was to hold talks later with his Kenyan counterpart President Uhuru Kenyatta before attending a state dinner in the evening. Discussions were expected to focus on security and counter-terrorism cooperation.
