ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Presidential hopeful Vladimir Putin said if elected president he would have a "very good relationship" with Russian President Vladimir Putin while conceding "maybe we won't." Trump's comments come a day after U.S. President Barack Obama poked fun at the Republicans for promising that they could stand up to Putin when they couldn't "handle" the moderators from last week's debate on cable network CNBC. "If you can't handle those guys, then I don't think the Chinese and the Russians are going to be too worried about you," Obama said.
