The decision by five senior judges at Britain's Supreme Court was unanimous... NATS -- "The court rejects both challenges." ...throwing out efforts by U.S. Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump to stop a wind farm being built near his luxury Scottish golf course. After Scotland's government had green-lit the construction of 11 offshore turbines on the northeastern coast... Trump complained that they'd spoil the view. But reading the judgment, Lord Justice Patrick Hodge said Scotland was in the right. (SOUNDBITE) (English) LORD PATRICK HODGE, SUPREME COURT JUSTICE OF THE UK, SAYING: "The Scottish ministers have sufficient powers to impose conditions to protect the environment..." In response, the Trump Organization has denounced the Scottish government, calling it "foolish, small minded and parochial..." Last week, the billionaire was stripped of two Scottish honorary positions after his call to deny Muslims entry to the United States. ..and after this latest ruling, Scottish National Party spokesman, Alex Salmond, is calling Trump, "three times a loser."
