This oil facility operated by the Houthi group was the target of an air strike by a Saudi-led coalition, Yemeni workers there say.
At least nine people were killed, and more than 30 people were injured.
At the hospital, a port official who was wounded described what happened.

"We were shocked, the missile came right over the station and the men were all burned. The men who were working with me there are all gone."
No shipments have left the port since March last year, when the coalition of Arab states launched a military campaign in support of the Yemeni President against the Houthis, allied with Iran.
The United Nations says nearly 6,000 people in Yemen have been killed in the fighting.
