ROUGH CUT (no reporter narration) STORY: Republican presidential candidate Dr. Ben Carson, who has yet to win a state in the race for the White House, told supporters in Baltimore that he is not ready to quit. "As I have had an opportunity to really study our system, it has become a little bit discouraging seeing all the relationships that exist there. It is rotten. It is rotten to the core," Carson said. "They have weaved such a complex web, it will be very very difficult to untangle it, but I am not ready to quit trying to untangle it yet," he said. Super Tuesday is the biggest single day of state-by-state contests to select party nominees for the November 8 election to succeed Democratic President Barack Obama.
