ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Story: U.S. President Barack Obama told teachers on Tuesday (May 3) that they have more potential impact than any other profession, adding that he would be proud if his daughters were to enter the profession. The U.S. leader made the comments during a ceremony at the White House to honor the nation's top teachers, including the Teacher of the Year, Jahana Hayes, a high school history teacher in Connecticut. Hayes was selected by the Council of Chief State School Officers.
