Celebrities at the 70th Tony awards in New York on Sunday (June 12) reacted to the Orlando nightclub shooting that left 50 people dead. On the red carpet before the start of the ceremony, Lin-Manuel Miranda, creator of the musical "Hamilton" said the day was "a day of tragedy". Actress Glenn Close said she was "shocked", while writer Julian Fellowes said he felt "bewildered" and "horrified". The Sunday morning attack is the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history. President Obama denounced it as an act of terror.
