Amateur video has surfaced, appearing to show the aftermath of what Syrian rebels report to be a Russian air strike on a refugee camp along Jordan's border with Syria. Nathan Frandino reports.
Free Syrian Army rebels say Russian air strikes targeted a refugee camp along Syria's border with Jordan. The strike appeared in amateur video, which purported to show an injured child and men being treated in the aftermath. The rebels said the strikes killed at least 12 people and injured scores more. If confirmed, the strikes would be the closest to the border since Russia began a bombing campaign last year to support embattled Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. The Russian Defense Ministry was not immediately available for comment.
