Security forces swarm the site of a car bomb outside the Presidential Palace in Somalia's capital, Mogadishu. Police say at least 10 people were killed in the blast, including soldiers and civilians. Some 30 more were wounded. Two nearby hotels sustained damaged, including the SYL, where a meeting between security officials was reportedly underway. Police say the hotel is frequented by government officials and they were likely the target. Al Shabaab militants have claimed responsibility for the blast.
