ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Former Mayor of New York City Rudy Giuliani says he has known Republican Donald Trump for nearly three decades and has never heard him "talk like that," referring to vulgar comments he made about women in a recently emerged video. Trump, facing a revolt from his party over the lewd comments, feels "terrible" about the remarks but has no intention of stepping aside in the U.S. presidential race and will appear at a debate later on Sunday, a top Trump adviser said. "I think what it says about his character is that he's a flawed human being," said Giuliani during CBS News' Face the Nation program on Sunday (October 9). A 2005 video that emerged on Friday showed Trump, then a reality TV star, speaking on an open microphone about groping women and trying to seduce a married woman. The video was taped only months after Trump married his third wife, Melania. "We have flawed candidates on both sides," said Giuliani. Republicans have attacked Trump's Democratic rival Hillary Clinton over what they say is her role in trying to discredit women who had accused her husband former president Bill Clinton of sexual misconduct decades ago.
