ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)
Republican vice presidential nominee Mike Pence said Donald Trump's apology during the second presidential debate the night before showed "humility."
Pence told supporters in Charlotte, North Carolina that he considers himself to be a man who believes in "forgiveness" and added that he's "proud" to support Trump.
The latest blow to Trump's campaign came after a 2005 video surfaced of the then-reality TV star talking on an open microphone about groping women and trying to seduce a married woman. Vice presidential running mate Mike Pence previously said he could not defend Trump's words.
