They've gathered here, on a rooftop overlooking the walls of Jerusalem's Old City, to support Donald Trump... Americans in Israel brought together by a group called "Republicans Overseas Israel". ...and the feeling is apparently mutual. Trump says, he supports them. (SOUNDBITE) (English) U.S. REPUBLICAN PRESIDENTIAL NOMINEE DONALD TRUMP ADDRESSING CONVENTION IN PRE-RECORDED MESSAGE, SAYING: "My daughter Ivanka and my son-in-law, Jared, are raising their children in the Jewish faith (white flash) Together we will make America and Israel safe again." Trump's campaign has said the nominee will never pressure Israel into a two-state solution with the Palestinians And these supporters say, his stance on security make him the best candidate. (SOUNDBITE) (English) YOSSEF ELIYA, TRUMP SUPPORTER SAYING: "If the United States goes down, of course Israel go down and also the rest of western civilization." The organization estimates there are 300,000 U.S. citizens living in Israel or in Jewish settlements. They say if only a third of those citizens cast absentee ballots, it could have an impact in some swing states come November 8. ...although Democrats point out polling that indicates most Jewish Israelis favor Clinton over Trump.
