A federal judge has ordered a recount of Michigan's presidential ballots to begin at noon on Monday. Linda So reports.
Michigan is moving ahead with a recount. A federal judge has ordered state election officials to begin recounting presidential ballots starting at noon. State officials had requested a two-day delay of the nearly 5 million ballots that are to be hand counted. But the judge rejected the state's request, making it more likely that Michigan will complete the recount by the December 13th deadline. Green Party candidate Jill Stein has requested recounts in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania - three states where Republican Donald Trump won a narrow victory in the election. Wisconsin's recount began last week...although none of the results are expected to change the outcome of the election.
