ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. President Donald Trump released his first weekly address to the American people on Saturday (January 28). In the message, Trump said the responsibilities of the president to the American people are "enormous" and that he had "much work to do". Trump highlighted some of the executive actions he signed in the first week of his administration. These actions include putting limits on Obamacare, withdrawing the United States from the Trans-Pacific Partnership, the construction of a border wall on the U.S.-Mexico border and moving forward with the Keystone XL and Dakota Access pipelines.
