ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)
White House spokesman Sean Spicer clashed with reporters at his first news briefing since President Trump returned from his overseas trip, condemning what he called 'false narratives' coming from the press.
"The reason the president is frustrated is because there is a perpetuation of false narratives, a use of unnamed sources over and over again about things that are happening that don't ultimately happen and I think that is troubling" Spicer said.
