ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: U.S. President Donald Trump touts his administration's success in fighting ISIS, during a news conference with Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri at the White House on Tuesday (July 25). "The success they've had against ISIS is extraordinary," Trump said, speaking of the military under Defense Secretary Jim Mattis. "We've made more progress in the last four or five months than previous- really I could say the previous administration made in eight years," he said. Trump also praised Lebanon's efforts to guard its borders to prevent Islamic State and other militant groups from gaining a foothold inside their country and promised continued American help.
