ROUGH CUT. NO REPORTER NARRATION. U.S. Vice President Mike Pence said on Tuesday (August 1) that U.S. President Trump and Congress are unified in their message to Russia: a better relationship with Moscow will only be possible if it reverses its behaviour. Pence added that the U.S. would like to see a constructive relationship with Moscow "based on mutual cooperation and common interest". Later on Tuesday Pence will travel to Montenegro, participating with leaders from across the Western Balkans in an Adriatic Charter Summit before concluding his tour of the Baltic states.
