ROUGH CUT. NO REPORTER NARRATION. French President Emmanuel Macron on Monday (November 13) commemorated the two-year anniversary of the attack that killed 130 people in France. On November 13, 2015, Islamic State militants killed 130 people in co-ordinated strikes against a concert theater, bars, restaurants and a soccer stadium. The Bataclan suffered the most casualties as three gunmen stormed the concert hall and opened fire on the crowd with Kalashnikov-style rifles during a performance by the Californian rock band Eagles of Death Metal.
